As a Cupcake Store Manager, you’ll support the daily business operations of the store including supervising employees, communicating with and helping customers and carry out directives given by the store owner. You'll mentor and lead a team to exceed the customer's expectations while working as the team leader to create an amazing store experience. You'll be the go-to person for all questions, big and small and maintain a beautifully and well merchandised store.
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, a hard worker, detail oriented, will go above and beyond and take pride in ownership and truly treat the store and company as if it were their own. All staff will report to you and you will need to ensure that they are properly trained, putting forth 110% effort and ensure all shifts are covered.
